Marketplace Purchase#

Purchase Reply CMP through Microsoft Marketplace, then request configuration of your CMP tenant.

Navigate: Getting Started → Marketplace Purchase.

Before you start#

  • Use your organization’s Microsoft work or school account, with permission to purchase Marketplace SaaS offers against an eligible Azure subscription.

  • Check that your organization’s Marketplace policies allow the offer. Review the selected plan’s current pricing, billing frequency, renewal and trial terms before confirming a purchase.

Purchase the offer#

  1. Open Reply Cloud Management Platform on Microsoft Marketplace, published by Reply. The offer ID is reply.cluait_cmp.

  2. Review Plans, choose a plan and select Get it now or Subscribe. Sign in to the Azure portal if prompted.

  3. Check the Azure subscription, resource group, SaaS subscription name, plan, billing and contact details. Review the terms and complete Microsoft’s purchase confirmation.

  4. When the purchase finishes, select Configure account to continue to Reply CMP. You can return later from your SaaS subscription in the Azure portal.

Request your CMP tenant#

  1. Follow Configure account from your purchased SaaS subscription to the Reply CMP customer portal. Sign in with the purchasing or beneficiary Microsoft account so the portal can identify your subscription.

  2. Review the subscription and select Request tenant configuration.

  3. The portal confirms that your onboarding request has been registered. The Reply CMP team prepares your tenant, confirms provisioning and activates the subscription. The team then contacts you with your CMP tenant URL and sign-in instructions.

Important

Submitting the request does not immediately activate the subscription or grant application access. The request remains pending until the Reply CMP team confirms provisioning. Use the customer portal for the Marketplace subscription and the tenant URL supplied by the team to use Reply CMP.

Start using Reply CMP#

After the team confirms setup, open your CMP tenant URL and follow First Login, then Connect Your First Cloud Provider.
